I have sort of a silly question to ask: Has Kanyakumari accompanied Santhanam, or Seshagopalan? I know she has given support to Balamurali many many times, DKJ, Lokanatha sarma, MLV of course, MSS, and most of the others.
The reason I ask is because I have always imagined how superb it would have been if she did accompany Santhanam, or Seshagopalan.

When I hear of violinists in CM who comes first to my mind is Mysore Chowdiah. This is more from what I have read about him. I have listened to him just a few occasions on AIR and from one of my CM collections. How good was DVN?. Of the present generation, L Subrahmaniam & MSG are my favourites.
