somebody can tell me the meaning of this song. is this song made for praising lord krishna or praising some guru. if it is the latter case, which guru ? it is praising.

It is a song dedicated to guruvayoorappan the one of the most famous local deities of kerala(he is vishnu) i think.guruvayoor temple is supposed to have been established by guru(devaguru brihaspati)and vaayu(the wind god)-hence the name Guruvayoorappan for the deity.paavana guru pavanapuraadheeshamaashraye-literally means I seek asylum in the sacred lord Guruvayoorappan-the name translated in sanskrit is gurupavanapuraadheeshan)-thats all i know about it.akshay.

this is a song of lalitadasar in raaga hamsanandi and roopaka taala on lord guruvaayoorappa[shri krishna]here is the meaning-
" I seek asylum in the venerable lord og guruvayoor[ guru+ pavana[same as vAyu meaning wind] + pura[Ur in malayam/dravidian language]"
Anupallavi- in the one who is like the cloud in complexion[ jIvana = water, dhara=bearing , cloud is the bearer of water samkAsha is similar to/like], in krishna the lord of gOOka [this can mean the world of cows or the world of Gods as gO has different meanings in samskrita], in the one who is contemplated upon by nAradarishi and Lord Shiva, in him who is engagedpassionately in protecting the three worlds" i seek asylum
charana-"in him who is worshipped by brahma and indra[vidhi is brahma, purandara is indra],in him who is resplendent with his flute[murali],in him who gives happiness and pleasure[Ananda] to the cowherd women,in he who is undefeated/undefeatable and magnanimous/generous, in him whose beauty/handsomeness[subhagAkAra] is equivalent to that of a 100 cupids[manmatha, smara , mAra etc], in him who is a perennial/never-ending source/river of compassion, in him who looks up to the face of rAdha[her face is metaphorically the moon here]as the chakOra bird[ the bird cakOra is known to constantly stare at the moon], in the brother of lalitA[Goddess pArvati also the composer's signature/mudra], in the parabrahma[para is representative of The Supreme Being2- in him Iseek asylum
