This is the same person MR, requesting you, the rasikas, a great favour. I am still looking for the word for Madurai Somasundaram's rendering of "Maadu Meykkum Kanna" in the Raga Desh. If anybody knows, please post it.

This is for your information. This song is a very old one. I have heard it when I was in India a century ago (kidding!)
I still hope somebody anywhere in the globe remembers. I have heard only Madurai Somu's version.

I have listened to the KJY version- it is entirely
a different song. His songs starts with the
following word " MAADUGAL MEITHIDUM" not
"Maadhu Meikkum "
