I would like to invite all of you to come and visit my webpage in regards to a Classical Indian Music Concert that we (Darbar, a non-profit student group at the University of Michigan) are arranging with Pandit Jasraj and Swapan Chaudhuri (tabla) on June 9, 2001 in Ann Arbor, MI.

It would be nice if the accompaniment was on Sarangi rather than harmonium. Ramesh Misra (sarangi player) lives in New York. if you want his number let me know.

I agree, sarangi accompaniment is much better than harmonium.
However, most probably Kala Ramnath, one of Pandit Jasraj's many disciples, will be providing accompaniment on the violin. I've heard her before and can't decide whether she is better at singing or playing the violin. She is quite amazing a both. There may also be additional vocal accompaniment. It will be an amazing concert.
