Below is the recipe of a traditional Filipino soup that I pepared today for lunch.
Sinigang.
Cooking directions:

Pour sinigang soup base into a large pot with 10 cups (2 litres) of water. Stir to dissolve.
Bring to a boil and add approximately 1 kilo of your choice of meat, shrimp, fish or vegitables.
(I put rice, mixed veggies and mushrooms)
Simmer and let cook for 10 minutes.
Important: for meat sinigang, pour in contents of pouch when meat is tender to enjoy full sinigang goodness.
