Chinese Fried Rice
ingredients
3/4 cup cubed carrots and peas
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced green onions tops
1/4 cup chopped brown onion
2 tbsp bean sprouts
2 tbsp peanut oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
3 cups cooked rice (cooled)
some chichen pieces cut and skined..
method
1.Mix carrots, peas, bell pepper, green onion tops, brown onion, and bean sprouts together and set aside.
2.Heat 2tbsp oil in the pan/wok.Add carrots, peas, bell pepper, green onion tops, brown onion, and bean sprouts and stir well for 3 minutes.
3. Add soy sauce, salt and sugar. Stir well.
now add the chicken and let cook for some time till tender.if needed add water.
4. Add cooled rice and stir-fry until the soy sauce is absorbed.
5. Remove the rice to the serving platter.
i have not tried this yet...so dont know how it tastes but sure all the best to u....
