Which cuisine has the most number of varieties?Can anyone help me out? And from where did Dosa, Sambar and Idli originate? |

hai,
As i have heard.. chinese cuisine have lot of varieties.. and origin of dosa, idli and sambar is tamil nadu.. no doubt..
