Does anyone know a recipe or how to make dry roasted chic peas. They are sooo tasty! I want to make my own. A response would be much appreciated. |

Soak chick peas overnight in water.
In the morning drain water and lay them on a towel or a large cloth so as to drain water.
Heat a lot of oil in a large pan. When hot add the chick peas and fry them till they are crisp. Now crain them out.
Let them cool down for 1/2 an hour.
Mix salt, chat masala, red chilli powder in it.
Your roasted chick peas are ready to eat.
