Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a hot topic in management and it is said that business leaders need to learn first and foremost self awareness and relationship management to be effective. This is where the study of classics come in. Shakespeare's works are suggested to be a rich resource book for EI. I feel that there is nothing to beat Kamban in this regard. Many of his songs are outstanding examples for understanding the range of emotions that one can encounter. I invite people who have xperienced the same to share it. |
