I have received from one JeevaMohan of Madras a list of stand-alone clues. It has to be fit into a grid and made into a crossword puzzle.
Nevertheless I could not resist the temptation of sharing a good one immediately. here is it:

I hope you understand you have struck a goldmine with the Tamil puzzle series. It becomes quite addictive and draws repeat visits from a loyal group of customers.
I am sure you would take other good ideas from any good English Sunday Edition newsmagazine. You already have receipes; you SHOULD add good comics in Tamil (not lame translations, but originals, based on Tamil culture and history), animated political cartoons, other puzzles based on classical/modern poetry, and interactive, network puzzles. This will draw a high IQ/high income audience to your site that advertisers love to reach.
But you also need numbers for generic commerce and viability and unfortunately, you do need kisu kisu. Of course, it is quite cheap to generate a kisu kisu page with appropriate pictures that will generate traffic too. It is (usually) a difference audience.
I don't know if KalaimagaL ever had a kisu kisu page. However, I am glad that a Webzine like ArAmthiNai exists. And I am even more thrilled that it uses (mostly) standard Tamil rather than Tinglish.
Kudos to all of your staff and particularly to Vanchi (who I assume is the author of the crossword puzzles, though it is not obvious from the web site).

Never heard of Nungu maram before. Perhaps thaththuvavathi has panai maram in mind.
Is nungu maram a vattaara vazhakku? For me this sounds as strange as calling thennai maram as thEngaay maram
